If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. If your order has passed the 30-days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

This return policy only applies to purchases made on pilgrimjewellery.co.nz.

When returning items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items were purchased from pilgrimjewellery.co.nz
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied in the form of your order number.
  • Items are in an original. Resalable condition, unworn with tags still attached.
  • Sale / Clearance items cannot be returned.
  • A full refund will only be provided for faulty goods in accordance with our obligations under the CGA.

Non-returnable/ Refundable Items:

  • Gift Cards and store credit
  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Used items (other than items deemed as faulty)
Fill out the return form that came with your order, or download it here and attach it on your return shipment to us.

All returns are at the cost of the customer. (Returns without a return form or with an incomplete return form will not be accepted.)

  

Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email and your money will be refunded or store credit received to you just as the payment was made.

Exchanges

Returning items back to Pilgrim New Zealand, please complete the returns form, and follow the returns instructions listed. Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed.

When we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and sent to the original shipping address. If the exchange item requested is no longer available we will notify you via email and a store credit will be issued to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping charges).

Your store credit can be used to purchase online www.pilgrimjewellery.co.nz and is valid for 12 months. Your store credit will be emailed to you, please enter the code at checkout to redeem your credit.

 

Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore we have a 90 day return policy. All items need to be in the same condition as you received them with labels and tags still attached.

 Warranty replacements or refunds will only take place if:

  1. Item is returned to Pilgrim New Zealand for assessment. 
  2. Proof of purchase is supplied, and product is within the 90-day product warranty. 
  3. Item has been assessed and does not meet material or workmanship standards. 

For any warranty claim your product must be assessed by Pilgrim New Zealand and all decisions made by Pilgrim New Zealand will be final. For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages, or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. Pilgrim New Zealand has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Pilgrim New Zealand shall be final and conclusive. 

In the event your item is returned for a warranty assessment, proof of purchase is required. If you do not have a receipt or it is past the 90-day window, we cannot replace or refund your item. 

  

Refunds

A full refund will only be provided for faulty goods in accordance with our obligations under the CGA. Pilgrim New Zealand has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Pilgrim New Zealand shall be final and conclusive.

Your item must first be returned to Pilgrim New Zealand for assessment, please ensure your return is sent back with a completed returns form.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via email that your return has arrived and the assessment process will take place. Your item will be assessed, and an assessment update email will be sent to you. At this point you will receive an email notification informing you if your return has been approved or rejected for a refund – an explanation will be provided.

If your item has been approved, your refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges), and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to show in your account.

 

Jewellery Purchased from Retailers

If you have purchased jewellery from a Pilgrim retailer in New Zealand or Australia and have an exchange or warranty-related inquiry, please contact the retailer where your item was purchased in the first instance.

From here, the retailers will be in contact with us directly on your behalf and will handle any warranty related enquires should they occur.

 

Pilgrim Jewellery Purchased from Private Sales

Pilgrim New Zealand will not accept exchanges, returns, or warranty-related inquiries for items purchased through private sales and second-hand goods. Please contact the seller directly.
